* Do 1 burpee the first minute, 2 burpees the second minute, 3 the third, etc. till you can't complete the amount of burpees within the givin time

YOU CHOOSE, either way it sucks.


No classes tomorrow, you can do this at your house. No excuse me you WILL do this at your house.
